Providing Compassionate Hospice Care Rooted in Faith, Family, and Dignity
At Greater Help Hospice, we believe every person’s final journey deserves peace, respect, and love. Founded by two nurses with a shared calling to serve, we provide holistic end-of-life care that nurtures both the body and spirit.
OUR STORY
Greater Help Hospice was founded by Vida and Francis Assim, two nurses who witnessed firsthand the emotional and physical challenges faced by patients with terminal illnesses. Their shared passion for serving others inspired them to create a hospice where care feels like family—personal, respectful, and deeply human. We understand that navigating end-of-life care can be overwhelming. That’s why our team focuses on compassionate, responsive support for both patients and their families. Our goal is to make every moment meaningful, ensuring comfort, dignity, and peace during life’s most delicate chapter.
